I grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana and now live in Los Angeles, California. For over 14 years, I worked in the film industry as a writer and producer, creating feature films that reached audiences around the world. More recently, I’ve shifted my focus toward personal writing and helping others unlock their highest potential.
I am the author of The Sh!t They Don’t Teach You in School, which debuted as an Amazon #1 Best Seller. My work blends storytelling, personal experience, and practical tools to inspire growth, resilience, and self-discovery.
Having struggled with depression for much of my life, my turning point came in 2018 when I sought help and realized that true healing had to come from within. I began doing the difficult work of no longer fighting my demons, but befriending them. Since then, I’ve immersed myself in learning, practicing, and sharing tools that empower people to step into their own strength.
Today, I am a certified breathwork instructor, mental health advocate, and guide for those seeking transformation. Whether through coaching, breathwork, ice baths, speaking events, or global retreats, my mission is simple: to help people do the inner work that leads to lasting change.
I truly believe that by doing the work on ourselves, we can in turn make the world a better place.
