I'm also a certified breathwork instructor, and I use that training as part of the toolkit above — not as a separate service.

The full method, worked through together, one on one, week by week. This is where most people start.
First five clients only, then $4,500. In exchange, I ask for an honest, written testimonial.

$900 / person
The same arc, worked through alongside a handful of other people doing their own version of this. Community was part of my own recovery, and it's part of most people's.
